S&S The Car Doctor – Refund Policy


 

At S&S The Car Doctor, we are committed to providing quality automotive repair and maintenance services.


 

Due to the nature of mechanical services and parts installation, refunds are handled under the following conditions:


 

• Labour charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

• If a fault occurs directly related to our workmanship, we will inspect and rectify the issue at no additional labour cost within a reasonable time frame.

• Parts supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Any warranty claims must follow the supplier’s warranty process.


 

Customer-Supplied Parts

If a customer provides their own parts (new or second-hand), the customer is responsible for the quality, condition, and compatibility of those parts.

S&S The Car Doctor is not liable for defects, malfunctions, or failures caused by customer-supplied parts.

Labour charges for installation of customer-supplied parts are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Any warranty claims for customer-supplied parts must follow the manufacturer’s warranty or the supplier’s terms.


 

• No refunds will be provided for change of mind after work has commenced or been completed.

• Deposits for special-order parts are non-refundable once parts have been ordered.


 

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian law.
