1. Services

S&S The Car Doctor provides mobile automotive repairs, servicing, diagnostics and related mechanical services at customer locations.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on visible inspection or information supplied by the customer. Additional faults discovered during servicing may result in additional charges. Customers will be notified and approval will be obtained before proceeding.

3. Payments

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments, Afterpay and Zip Pay.

Failure to make payment may result in recovery action and additional costs.

4. Customer-Supplied Parts

If customers provide their own parts:

• No warranty is provided on supplied parts.

• S&S The Car Doctor is not responsible for part defects or premature failure.

5. Warranty on Workmanship

We provide a workmanship warranty of 3 months on labour performed, excluding:

• Customer-supplied parts

• Pre-existing issues

• Normal wear and tear

6. Cancellations

At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellation.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

We hold current Public Liability Insurance.

However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing mechanical faults

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Delays outside our control

8. Acceptance

By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
